The Delaware Valley Engineers Week Committee and all of the Engineers Week activities that it sponsors are funded solely by contributions from numerous individuals, corporations, societies, and educational institutions. Without their support, the Committee would not have the resources to recognize the achievements of the engineering communities in the Delaware Valley.
We need YOU to continue the tradition of celebrations during the 2013 Delaware Valley Engineers Week (DVEW), through sponsorship and participation, for the many activities that make the week of national recognition a tremendous success.
Our Sponsorship Opportunities is now available. The sponsorship recognition levels are shown in a grid for an “at-a-glance” visual inspection of the benefits for each level of giving. A section for "additional" sponsorship recognition for various E-Week events is also included. The brochure itself gives an excellent summary description of Engineers Week, as well as the DVEW events that volunteers from the various technical societies are planning in order to make it a wonderful celebration of the profession.
For 2013, the DVEW events are:
-
Fall 2012
Golf Outing: The outing returned to Blue Bell Country Club, on October 1 and was once again a fantastic success. Our new "Adopt-A-Hole" Sponsorship was well received and generated some interesting new "skill" contests for this FUNdraiser. We again thank our golfers and sponsors, and look forward to building upon the energy and enthusiasm of this unique format in 2013.

-
Young Engineers Social: Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Fadó Irish Pub & Restaurant, 15th and Walnut Streets, Philadelphia

At these events, we will be recognizing a number of award recipients. More details on each event and award recipients will be posted as they become available; be sure to check it out.
